Lanora House is a house clearance company based in Hayle, West Cornwall. We are run by Matt, Brenna, and Ben, and we clear properties across Cornwall and into Devon and the South West.
We started Lanora House after watching how most of the clearance industry operated. Impersonal. Expensive. Careless with belongings that still mattered to someone. We wanted to do it differently.
How we work
Every clearance is handled personally by our team. We visit every property before we quote. We give you a clear price before any work starts. We do what we say we will do, when we say we will do it.
We are licensed waste carriers (EA registration CBDU590448), which means we can legally remove and dispose of household and commercial waste.
Why our clearances often cost less
We run our own resale channels. Items of value found during a clearance go through these, and the value is passed back to you as a reduction in the clearance cost. It is how our business works, and it means clients often pay significantly less than they would elsewhere, or nothing at all.
Based in Hayle, covering Cornwall
Our base is Unit 12b, The Old Foundry Chapel, Chapel Terrace, Hayle, in the heart of West Cornwall. From here we cover the whole of the county, from Penzance to Launceston, and into Devon and the wider South West.
