What is included
Full kitchen clean including appliances inside and out, bathroom and WC clean and descaling, all surfaces wiped down, floors mopped and vacuumed, windows cleaned inside, and skirting boards and light switches cleaned. We leave the property in a state ready for the next tenancy.
Combined clearance and cleaning
If the property also needs clearing before cleaning, we can do both in one visit, saving time and cost. Ask about our combined clearance and cleaning package when you call.
Documentation
We can provide before and after photos and a completion report for your records or for deposit dispute purposes.
