Responsible disposal
Everything we remove is handled responsibly. Items in good condition go to resale, charity, or are passed on locally. What cannot be resold or donated is disposed of through licensed waste carriers. We hold that licence ourselves.
On the day
We turn up on time with the right van and equipment and get straight to work. The property and everything in it is treated with care, and we sort as we go so the right things reach resale, charity, or recycling rather than a skip.

Why our clearances often cost less
Items of value recovered during a clearance go to our own resale channels. That value is passed back to you as a reduction in your clearance cost. In some cases, particularly where a property contains antiques, collectables, or quality furniture, the clearance costs nothing at all.
