Handling belongings with respect
We treat every item in a bereavement clearance with care. Personal photographs, correspondence, and documents are handled separately and returned to the family unless instructed otherwise. We do not simply empty rooms. We work through each space carefully.
Items of value
Bereavement properties often contain items with significant value, sometimes items the family did not know were valuable. We identify these during our initial visit. Anything of value goes to our own resale channels, and that value is passed back to you as a reduction in your clearance cost.
