What a probate clearance involves

If there are items the family wishes to retain before the clearance, we simply work around whatever has been removed. We do not require the property to be empty before we begin. That is our job.

Probate properties often contain items that have real value: antiques, quality furniture, jewellery, collectables, artworks. We identify these during our initial visit and factor them into our quote. Items of value go to our own resale channels, and that value is passed back to you as a reduction in the clearance cost.
