Send photographs or a floor plan and we will come back with an indication quickly. For anything substantial we would rather come and look, because a quote from photographs is a guess. If you manage a portfolio, it is usually simpler to set up a standing arrangement than to ring round each time. Several agents across Cornwall just send us the keys.

Photographed on arrival and on completion

We photograph every room before anything moves, and again once the property is empty. You get those photographs whether you ask for them or not. If there is a deposit dispute running, or a recharge to write up, that dated record is the evidence, and once a property is cleared nothing can be reconstructed.

Abandoned goods are not the same as rubbish

A tenant's belongings left in a property do not automatically become yours to dispose of the moment the tenancy ends, and a clearance company emptying the place does not replace the process. We are not solicitors, but if what you describe sounds like abandoned goods rather than rubbish we will say so before we book the job, and suggest you take advice first.

Licensed disposal and your duty of care

You have a duty of care over waste produced at your property, and it does not end when somebody else's van pulls off the drive. We are a registered waste carrier and issue a waste transfer note on every job. Around two thirds of what we clear is reused, donated or recycled rather than tipped, which keeps the disposal bill down and feeds straight into what we quote.
