Warehouse Clearance in Hayle for Kids R Us

Commercial warehouse clearance in Hayle, Cornwall, for Kids R Us. Over four days we cleared a large warehouse packed with rails of fancy dress costumes, props, shelving and stored stock, and handed it back empty and swept.

The best part was how much we saved. Rather than skipping it, we sorted everything as we went and kept around four shipping containers' worth of costumes and props out of landfill. Some of it was instantly recognisable, including character costumes such as Mickey Mouse, alongside rail after rail of outfits, wigs, hats and party props. Shelving and racking was taken down and kept for reuse too.

We priced the clearance at £2,000, which is less than the labour and disposal cost us on the day. We could do that because the stock has real resale value, and we will sell it on over time. It helped Kids R Us clear the building quickly and affordably, and it gave thousands of costumes a second life.

This is how we approach every commercial clearance. Stock, fixtures and equipment are sorted for resale and reuse first, and only what genuinely cannot be saved goes for licensed disposal, with a waste transfer note provided.
