We clear all types of property in and the surrounding area: full property clearances, probate and estate clearances, and bereavement clearances. Our team arrives with the right vehicles and equipment, removes everything agreed, and handles all disposal responsibly.

We are licensed waste carriers. Everything we remove is handled correctly. Items in good condition go to our own resale channels or to charity, and what cannot be reused is disposed of through registered facilities.

Why our clearances often cost less

Items of value recovered during a clearance (furniture, antiques, collectables, quality household goods) are passed back as a reduction in your clearance cost. In some cases, particularly where a property contains items of real worth, the clearance costs nothing at all.

We are based in Hayle, West Cornwall, and travel to regularly. Travel is factored into our quote and never added afterwards.

What happens to the contents

On average, we save around two-thirds of everything we clear from landfill on each clearance. Furniture, books, clothing, and household goods in reasonable condition are taken to our own resale channels or donated to local charities. What cannot be reused or donated is disposed of through registered facilities. We are happy to tell families exactly what happened to belongings.
