Will someone be there?

If everything's outside and we can get to it, you don't need to be in. Leave it out the front and we'll take it.

If we're coming inside, or through a gate, or up a flight of stairs, someone needs to let us in. Your slot arrives Sunday evening. Can't make it? Ring us on 07843 930927 and we'll work something out. Most of the time we can shuffle the order.

Everything's outside and accessible Nobody needs to be in. Leave it at the front and we'll do the rest. If there's nothing we can reach when we arrive, we can't collect it or refund the visit. We need to come in Inside the property, through a gate, or up stairs. Someone needs to be there in your slot.

You don't have to know what you've got

Tell us what sort of waste it is and we'll come and take it. No counting, no measuring, no quote. We price it on what we actually load, and the invoice follows — 14 days to pay.

No contract. No minimum. Nothing to sign.

Who this is for

Holiday lets and Airbnbs between guests. Property managers with three addresses and no idea what's behind any of them. Cafés, shops and small offices that just need it gone.

Busy over the summer, quiet in the winter — we know how it goes down here. That's exactly why there's no contract and no monthly fee. Book us the weeks you need us, don't the weeks you don't, and nobody minds either way.

You can see our prices on the home collections list — they're the same ones we'll invoice you at. This isn't a different rate, it's a different way of ordering: you're paying what everybody else pays, we're just not asking you to add it up first.

What do you need taking?

Tick whatever applies. However much of it there is.

General waste Bagged waste, bin bags, the usual turnaround clear-out. Anything that is not one of the two below. Mixed cardboard Flattened boxes and packaging. Deliveries, stock, a season of parcels. Glass Bottles and jars, loose or in crates. Not window glass or mirrors.

Anything specific as well? A sofa, a mattress, a fridge. Optional — tap to open the list.

Prices include VAT and are the same as the home list. Nothing is charged now; this just tells the driver what he is loading.
