How Monday collections work
Book by 4pm on Sunday. We plan the round that evening and send your expected collection time between 6pm and 7pm the same night, by email.
You can't pick a time. We work the round in order and give you the closest window we can, usually an hour.
There's no call out charge. You pay for the items and that's it.

Tell us what sort of waste it is and we'll come and take it. No counting, no measuring, no quote. We price it on what we actually load, and the invoice follows — 14 days to pay.

Holiday lets and Airbnbs between guests. Property managers with three addresses and no idea what's behind any of them. Cafés, shops and small offices that just need it gone.
Busy over the summer, quiet in the winter — we know how it goes down here. That's exactly why there's no contract and no monthly fee. Book us the weeks you need us, don't the weeks you don't, and nobody minds either way.
You can see our prices on the home collections list — they're the same ones we'll invoice you at. This isn't a different rate, it's a different way of ordering: you're paying what everybody else pays, we're just not asking you to add it up first.
